Dispatch & Fulfilment
All Motorino orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Orders are packed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details to follow your delivery.
Important Notes
- Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance and any applicable duties or taxes.
- During peak sale periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
- We recommend using a residential address for high-value orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress in real time.
Authority to Leave
All orders are delivered with Authority to Leave where a safe place is available. If there isn’t one, a card will be left with collection details.
Motorino is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they’ve been delivered under Authority to Leave. For business addresses, parcels may be signed for by reception or mailroom staff.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These are not included in your shipping cost.
If you refuse delivery, you’ll be liable for the original shipping charges, return shipping, and any customs fees incurred.
